Privacy & application information
This SRE Housing site uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage rental applications, and coordinate maintenance requests.
What you provide
Inquiry forms collect your contact details, the property you are interested in, and your message. Rental applications collect contact details, move-in preferences, current address, and any rental history or notes you choose to provide. Do not enter identification numbers, bank details, medical information, or payment card information. Maintenance requests also collect the property, apartment or room, repair description, priority, and your permission to enter when provided.
Who can access it
Your saved applications are accessible through your account. Authorized SRE managers can review submitted applications. Authentication is provided by Clerk, application records are stored in Neon Postgres, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Lease PDFs are kept in private Vercel storage and downloaded through an authenticated manager route. The public workspace preview uses sample records.
Saving and submitting
Drafts remain linked to your account. Submitting sends the application to the SRE management workspace for review. It does not reserve a property, guarantee approval, or create a lease. No application payment or screening report is collected on this site.
Cookies and saved homes
Sign-in uses authentication cookies. Saved home selections are stored in your browser. Property maps load Google Maps, which may process information according to its own privacy practices.
Optional Meta marketing tracking
If you allow marketing tracking, we use Meta Pixel to measure page and property views, contact-link clicks, and successful inquiry, tour, application, and maintenance submissions. Meta may receive browser and device information, IP address, page URL, and cookie identifiers to measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not add your name, email, phone number, form answers, or private documents to these events. Automatic form matching is disabled. The manager dashboard and account pages are excluded.
You can decline or change your choice using Cookie settings. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent tracking. Declining does not affect renting, applications, or maintenance. See Meta’s privacy policy for how Meta uses information.
